  • Maintain all vehicle logs, DOT documentation, and comply with transportation and safety regulations.
  • Keep your assigned service truck clean, well-maintained, and ready to roll.
  • Stay up to date on tools, technologies, and industry best practices to deliver top-tier service every time.

Job Requirements:

What You Bring to the Role:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or military mechanical experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on diesel technician experience, preferably with Caterpillar or competitive heavy equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a field service environment preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics.
  • Basic welding and cutting skills a plus.
  • Ability to read technical schematics and perform accurate troubleshooting.
  • Class D driver’s license and DOT medical card or the ability to obtain upon hire or within agreed timeframe
  • Clean MVR required.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and ability to work in compliance with all safety and transport standards.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions, often 8–12 hour shifts, with overtime and emergency calls as needed.
  • Must provide a personal set of hand tools (wrenches, sockets, drives, etc.).
